Job Details
Manage and nurture relationships with clients, focusing on delivering tailored solutions that drive business growth. Collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver results that exceed expectations.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (BAs, product managers, and tech teams) to ensure client goals are met throughout the product life cycle.
- Ensure high standards of service quality by overseeing project timelines and deliverables.
- Provide clients with regular updates, insights, and performance reports, fostering long-term relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to maximize client value.
- Accurately manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient delivery within scope.
- Support client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
Job Requirements
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs.
- Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities within the client portfolio.
Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and a solid understanding of digital marketing or tech products.
