Backend Developer

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of the product development cycle, from discovery to user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with BAs, product managers, and tech teams to drive back-end architecture and design.
• Ensure quality in the development process, translating system designs into scalable, maintainable code.
• Accurately estimate development tasks during planning sessions.
• Work closely with the front-end team to ensure seamless integration between back-end services and user interfaces.
• Create and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code to support robust backend systems.
• Implement common backend patterns and best practices to avoid reinventing the wheel.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Back-End Developer.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as two-week sprints.
• Comfortable using tools like Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration.
