Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with product requirements and user needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Design pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces that work effectively across different devices and screen sizes.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve designs.

Job Requirements

• Develop creative, user-centered design solutions that balance aesthetics with usability.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth handoff of designs and accurate implementation.
• Continuously improve the user experience by applying insights from user research and testing.

Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and conducting user testing.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design best practices.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
• Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
