Job Responsibilities

• Participate in every phase of the product design process, from discovery to user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with BAs, product managers, and tech teams to guide product design.
• Ensure design quality is maintained throughout development, with accurate translation into code.
• Provide precise time estimates for design tasks during planning.
• Contribute to sketching and brainstorming sessions, involving both designers and non-designers.
• Build and maintain design systems and pattern libraries.
• Create pixel-perfect, responsive UIs while recognizing that using common interface patterns is better for UX than constantly reinventing the wheel.

Job Requirements

• Think creatively to solve design challenges with a “think outside the box” mindset.
• Effectively communicate across teams, integrating backend interfaces with front-end solutions.
• Drive impactful, results-oriented processes for improving ROI.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Proficiency in tools like Sketch, InVision, or Framer X.
• Experience working in agile environments, such as two-week sprints.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence as part of your workflow.
